Cash payment Kharkiv – You can pay in cash to the courier or at the office at Gagarin Ave. 24, Kharkiv, if you bring a cartridge for refilling or equipment for repair yourself.

Cash payment Odesa – You can pay in cash to the courier or at the office at Tyraspolska Str., 11, Odesa, if you bring a cartridge for refilling or equipment for repair yourself.

Payment to bank card – We will send details and instructions for payment in a way convenient for you.

Payment to bank account – We will prepare and send an invoice, which you can pay at the cash desk of any bank branch or from your company's current account. For legal entities, we provide a package of all necessary documents.

Delivery methods

Courier delivery within Kharkiv is free, but during martial law it is carried out by prior arrangement, taking into account the current situation in certain areas of the city (air raid time, curfew, availability of a courier in the area, availability and traffic schedule).

Send your cartridge to our service center by Nova Poshta. It's convenient and safe. Contact us to find out the branch number and contact details of the recipient from our side. The cost of delivery to and from the service center is paid by the customer.
