Printer firmware update is needed for further operation with the starter cartridge, usually included with the device. Without firmware update, after every 2,500 - 6,000 pages printed (depending on the device model), the device will block further work and require the purchase of a new cartridge.

Check the cost of firmware update for different types of Samsung printers with our managers. To carry out the firmware update procedure, the printer must be delivered to the service center Tex-As (Kharkiv), completed with installation disks, if possible.
